Check out our mnemonics poems!

Hi ya’ll out there,

We have been learning how to write mnemonics poems in class.

The idea of mnemonics poems are to help you remember the order of something.  We learnt the order of the planets. You write a sentence where every first letter of the word in the sentence stands for one of the words you need to remember.

E.G. to remember the order of the planets: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune.

Wow - Your Very Energetic Mutt Just Slept Under Newspapers? Our very energetic mutt (his name is Macky) sleeps on a beanbag and in a kennel!

Great to see all the wonderful work and fun you're all having. The wheel chair basketball the other day looked like soooo much fun - I wanted to get up and have a turn! Looking forward to seeing the blog from the game.
